The Core Principle

Each Ciclos de Vida practice is designed as an immersive journey that brings the body, breath, mind, and energetic system into dialogue with the rhythms of nature. 


While the focus shifts with the seasons, every experience follows a similar arc: awakening awareness, moving energy, cultivating balance, and allowing space for integration.


The practice weaves together Kundalini-inspired Kriyas, conscious Breathwork, Meditation, Mantra, and Sound Therapy to support the body and nervous system on multiple levels.

Kriyas are intentional sequences of movement and breath designed to stimulate circulation, activate energetic pathways, and create specific physical and emotional effects within the body. Through rhythmic movement, spinal mobility, and repetitive patterns, kriyas help release tension, awaken vitality, and encourage energy to move where it may feel stagnant or constrained.

Breathwork (pranayama) acts as a bridge between the body and mind. The breath influences the nervous system, regulates energy, and supports emotional balance. Different breathing patterns may energize, calm, clear, or restore — helping cultivate a deeper awareness of internal rhythms.

 Meditation invites us inward, helping quiet mental noise and strengthen presence. Mudras — intentional hand positions — help direct energetic focus, while mantra uses vibration and repetition to anchor awareness and shift mental and emotional patterns.

Sound Therapy with instruments such as the gong and chimes offers a final layer of support. Sound is experienced not only through hearing, but through vibration within the body. It creates an environment for deep rest, integration, and nervous system regulation, allowing the effects of movement and breath to settle more fully.
