CICLOS DE VIDA is a seasonal practice designed to bring you back into your body’s natural rhythm through breath, gentle movement, and awareness.
As nature shifts through seasons, the body moves through its own internal cycles—affecting energy levels, emotions, organ function, and the nervous system.
CICLOS DE VIDA follows these rhythms, offering a practice that aligns with what the body needs in each phase—whether that is activation, release, restoration, or integration.
This practice teaches you about your body.
To recognize its patterns.
To support its changes.
In doing so, you begin to return to a rhythm that is already within you—one that is cyclical, adaptive, and deeply connected to the natural world.
Through the integration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Kundalini, and Sound Therapy, the body is guided back into coherence—where energy can move, where systems can regulate, and where what is held can begin to shift.
This is not a practice of performance.
It is a practice of returning.
To rhythm.
To breath.
To the intelligence already within.
We restore balance through the body’s internal systems, using Traditional Chinese Medicine as a compass to move with the seasons, the five elements, and their corresponding organs.
Each phase of the year invites a different focus—supporting the body where it is most sensitive, and nourishing what is most needed.
By aligning with these natural cycles, energy flows through its pathways with greater ease.
The organs are supported in their function, the nervous system begins to regulate, and the body shifts from effort into coherence.
When harmony is present, energy moves without obstruction.
The body becomes a system of coherence — not resistance.
We work with Kundalini Yoga as a guide to access and direct life-force through breath, rhythm, and awareness—meeting the body where it is, and gently expanding its capacity over time.
Each practice emphasizes different breath patterns, postures, and meditative states, supporting the systems that need activation, regulation, or release.
Through breath, rhythm, and intentional movement, we awaken and circulate life-force throughout the body.
Each layer of the practice speaks to a different system—breath regulating the nervous system, movement opening pathways in the body, and meditation creating space for awareness to settle and direct energy.
What is stagnant begins to move.
What is dispersed begins to gather.
Energy is not forced — it is guided.
We work with sound as a subtle but essential pathway to restore balance in the body.
Vibration travels through the system, reaching places that movement alone cannot—supporting the nervous system, softening internal tension, and bringing the organs back into a state of harmony.
Within the practice, instruments such as gong, drum, Tibetan bowls, and chimes are used intentionally—each carrying a different quality of frequency.
Some sounds ground and stabilize, others clear and move, while others create space for stillness and integration.
Sound becomes a way for the body to listen inward.
To reorganize without force.
To return to rhythm.
